TAS3251: PPC3 software , how to connect TAS3251 with PPC3

Hi 

we have made TAS3251 PCBA Board,

And now we want to debug and tune TAS3251 by PPC3.  and can we use the PurePath Console Motherboard( PPCMB)  to controll TAS3251 through PPC3 without TAS3251EVM which was made by TI？

and can you help to provide the PPC3's software download link?
