Can you check the Analog-to-Analog latency of PCM3168A ?

My customer want to implement ANC(Active Noise Canceller) using TI DSP together and need to use low latency device.

If PCM3168A can't meet the competitor's specification, can you recommend right device ?

Competitor use 38us Analog-to-Analog latency in below.

    Hi Danny,

    The group delay of the digital filters will account for almost all of the delay, This described in the data sheet as
    Group delay time (single) - 27 / fS sec
    Group delay time (dual) - 17 / fS sec

    The group delay is not really counted among the PCM3168a's strengths.

    The PCM1864 is a high performance ADC that is used in many ANC applications and it has considerably lower Group delay.
    PCM1864:
    Group delay time - 10 / fS sec.

    Depending on what the DACs are needed for, it may make sense to simply use this ADC and a Digital input Class D amplifier.
