PCM1753 interfacing with a PIC

I want to interface PCM 1753 with a 16-bit PIC to produce a sine wave of 500Hz, but I cannot simply use a SPI interface. To sucessfully configure LRCK and BCK, can I feed LRCK and BCK with 500Hz  and 32*500Hz signal directly through a output pin of PIC, calculated by a timer?
