My customer is evaluating – TLV320AIC3120, TI has to recommend separating AGND and DGND , but I did not see any separation at EVM layout.
- Also do not connect all ground pads to planes directly, but thru an exposed pad only, is this correct?
- Also looking at the gerbers of EVM it seems like many nets are missing – see 1.8v, 3.3V routing
could you please check or get us the EVM PCB design files project? We need it converted to Allegro or Altium format.
