There is a 49.9KΩ resistance in the INP and INM interface,below schematic, what is the function of the resistance.

Hi Went,
R5 and R6 provide input filtering for the inputs. Please use 49.9k for these components.
C9 and C16 were chosen based on the table, "Table 10. Recommended Input AC-Coupling Capacitors" in the data sheet.

The 49.9kOhm resistors are to bias the input coupling capacitors. Since we do not know the source that will be driving the EVM, we must provide a method to keep the input connector at 0Vdc for the unknown source. In the final system design these resistors may not be needed.
