TPA3221: gain settings

Hi all,

the TPA3221 gain can be set to 18dB, 24dB, 30dB, 34dB choosing the proper values of R1 and R2. My question is: does it possibile to increase the gain more then 34dB (for example 40dB), changing the value of those resistors?

    Hi Nicola,
    TPA3221 supports four-step selectable gain settings, and they are fixed inside the AMP device. Any other gain setting is not supported. You could adapt the input analog signal amplitude to achieve the appropriate output signal.
