The part numbers differ by the letter "M". The "M" indicates that the device has been through a monitored burn in.

Can you explain what fo you mean by a monitored burn in?

What are the differences without a montiored burn in?

Philip,

“Monitored burn-in” means that the parts are actually being verified during the burn-in process. So we set the devices to 22V in a 125C oven and start switching the outputs. We then monitor the health of every device during the process through test scan patterns.
