"Feed forward protection is an algorithm that is applied based on the speaker characterization"
Do you means Feed Forward Protection algorithm is using speaker characterization parameters (by design/datasheet) to protect the speaker, instead of characterization parameters obtain via the learning board?
As we noticed when Feed Forward Protection is enabled we could get 2.7W on a 4 ohm load. However, we could only get 0.65W when Feed Forward Protection is disabled. Every setting remain the same exactly the checkbox for "Feed Forward Protection".
When "Feed Forward Protection" is disabled, is the Smart Amp using speaker characterization parameters (by design/datasheet) to protect the speaker, or characterization parameters obtain via the learning board?
