    Hi ttd,

    We do not have a specification for TJ on this device, but we did specify a maximum operating temperature in the Absolute Max Table of 70°C. If you use the TJΘ to estimate the ambient to junction temperature. If they device dissipates 93 mW (typically) and has a TJΘ of 100°C/W, then the junction to ambient temperature is about 9.3°C.
