May I know what's the working function for the internal thermal protection since I cannot see the detail in the datasheet?

    Hi Zoe,

    The operating range for this device is up to 85 degrees C as specified in the datasheet. The output signal will be limited as the internal thermal protection circuitry begins to operate.
