TI Device Recommendation for Audio Line Driver

Dear Masters,

Do we have a suitable part that have similar function with NJW1240? Customer needs mute, adjustable gain as well as pop suppression functions.

Hi Eric,

This looks like a class-AB device. Do you know what power they need out of the amplifier?

Hi Robert,

Since it is used as a line driver, so the power is very small. Not traditional Class-AB amplifier.

Hi Eric,

Our Line Driver devices are DRV6xx family: www.ti.com/.../products.html
However there is no device with such high channel count and output voltage capability. Supply voltage is up to 10V for NJW1240.
Perhaps an Op Amp is better suited for this voltage level.
