DIT4096: Asking fort the DIT4096 TX overshoot issues

Hi team,
customer uses DIT4096 on the new application.
However, customer has the Tx overshoot issues.
Here is the waveform. the over shoot voltage is over 6V.

Please refer to the schematic and provide your comments.

This is not expected behavior and I'll review the SCH and see if there is any obvious disconnect there resulting in the overshoot. I will have my feedback in a day. Thanks,

The customer needs to learn how to use an oscilloscope. How long is the probe's ground lead, and to what is it connected?

Can you please let me know how's your observation and your setup?
How do you mean that customer need to learn how to use the scope? Are you sure this is related to the scope ground issue?
