Hi Sirs,
My customer's failed to install PPC3 plug-ins because the PPC3 GUI shows blank sign-in page all the way. We tried to (1) Re-install PPC3 (2) Run in administrator mode (3) Set Internet Explorer or Chrome as default browsers (4) Reinstall Matlab run time (5) Disable Windows Firewall however, we still not able to fix it. Would you please advise tips to solve this problem?
