In this case from 2018, it says you will have it shortly:

 

If so, what is the cost of this item?

What is the maximum SPI CLK speed that can be used with this codec?

    Hi Luis,

    Unfortunately, the EVM you are referring to was released several years ago, and it's no longer available for ordering on ti.com

    We are currently working on refreshing this EVM and will have an orderable EVM available soon.
