TAS2505-Q1: HP OUT function

Hi Sir,

I saw on TAS2505, there is a HP OUT function, but on TAS2505-Q1, it is a NC pin.

May I learn from you why we remove this function? if customer need HP OUT and Q version solution similar to TAS2505-Q1, could you suggest a solution?

Hi Patrick,

HPOUT is not present in TAS2505-Q1 even though it is present in its non-Q1 version.
You could consider TLV320DAC3100-Q1 if headphone output and Q version is needed. This is a similar device to TAS2505-Q1.

And on the TAS2505-Q1 spec. there is a HPOUT pin on page 24, figure 18, I think if TAS2505-Q1 do not support HP OUT, we should modify it.
