TPA3255: Thermal behavior of Rds_on at higher temp needed

Hi,

My customer looks at peak power for both TPA3255 and TPA3251 but request more info on both devices' increase in Rds_on at higher temp:

"Do you have any indication of the Rds(on) at higher temperature?"

- Could you please help us?

I don't have the accurate number of Rds(on) increase. From my test before, it increase around 20~30% when temperature increase from 25degC to 100degC. Hope this answer can help you.

Forgive me for adding a related question (peak power):

"Also another area that could affect the maximum output from the amplifier, is the maximum output modulation %.
- Do you have any estimate on how close the amps modulation can get to 100%?"
