Hi,
In our tests we are having difficulty to achieve the THD levels given in the datasheet. - can you please provide some more detailed description how TAS5162 THD measurements were carried out, especially what test signal was used ?  In digital class D typically to get pure THD figures for the TAS stage the PWM test signal would have to be specfically conditioned.

Would it be possible to get THD measurements with individual harmonics values shown ? - that would also help us much to better analyze the THD in our appliaction.

    Hi Pawewl,

    THD is measure with 1KHz in THDvsPo plot, and it is sweep from 20Hz~20KHz in THDvsF plot. What audio analyzer equipment you are using? How is the measured THD ?

    Hi Dylan,

    In our previous, similar threads TI let us know that you use Audio Precision for THD measurements. It would help us much to know what test signal did you use ? It is not possible to get correct THD measurements without specific test sinus preparation or e.g. use of symmetrical PWM - can you please ealborate a bit what 1kHz test signal was used ?

    I attached our sample THD measurement - can you provide a similar reference graph from your measurements ?
