Hi Sir,

My customer is looking for a 3W OPAMP with digital input and it found MAX98357.

The requirement as below.

1. 3W at 4 ohm.

2. Package not BGA.

I try to search, it seems we only have TAS2505-Q1 which is the closest solution, but not enough.

Hi Patrick,

Most of our devices with integrated boost come in BGA package. Let me double check if we have non-BGA solutions that could fit in here.

Patrick,

The only non-BGA device right now is TAS2770. We have other devices that can even reach higher output power due to internal boost converter, although all of them are BGA.
