Does the TSC2102 allow repeating initialization and reset as below?

POWER UP　→　Initialize　→　RESET（All register clear）　→　Initialize（2nd）　→　RESET（All register clear）　→　初期化（3rd）　→　…

(It is not related to application note)

If you're asking whether the product can be reset more than once after it's powered on, the answer is "Yes".
You will need to initialize the device each time after reset.
