Please see datasheet figure 14, 8ohm maximum output power is half of 4ohm load.

The current speaker is a 5W speaker at 8 ohms.
At this time, I want to set plimit setting to 9W, how can I set it?

Hi Hyun,

TPA3136D2 can easily support 5W to 8ohm speaker @PBTL mode.

What's more, TPA3136D2 share the same PLIMIT with TPA3110, and it's highly recommended to refer this E2E item:
