I have developed an analog stereo audio pre-amplifier and would like to add digital and USB inputs to it for the next upgrade.

The digital inputs should be: S/P Dif Co-axial input and Toslink Optical inputs.

I also would like to have a USB Audio input, wherein a USB memory stick can be plugged into, to play the music on the memory stick.

Please help me to select the correct Texas Instrument DAC and USB ics to fulfil these functions.

This sounds like an interesting project.

TI's forum is organized by product group.
Your question has has audio and USB elements which are different product groups.

In order to get an idea of what is required for your design, TI's Applications landing page can help.

In particular, this design has USB, MP3, SD Card, Audio Codec.

The TMS320C5535 DSP and TLV320AIC3204 CODEC also provide MP3 encoding & decoding capabilities. On-board USB, microSD card, OLED display, and headset interface round out the system. This solution features 2 embedded processors that cooperate and communicate via a UART API/interface between the C5535 DSP & MSP430 microcontroller.

There are many other design examples that can help you find the functional blocks you need, and find some example TI part numbers.
Then, if you have questions, use those TI part numbers of the devices that are similar to what you need to search and post questions to the forum.
