Nancie,

You can find the footprint in the TLV320ADC3101 data sheet (the devices are identical packages). I will contact the documentation team to see why the package is not showing up in the ADC3100 datasheet.

In the packaging section of the ADC3100 product folder, you can find the symbol and footprint.

Additionally, please refer to below file where you can find the package information, which can be as reference for the footprint.
