TPA6133A2: Output Short Circuit

Is there a way to protect against output short circuit on this device?

    Hi Sam,

    TPA6133A2 will continue operating even if there is a short at the output, limiting the current. As the device is continuously operating it will return to normal operation once the short is removed.
    If you want to disable the device when there is a short at the output, it would need some external detection circuitry.
