PurePath console 3 "Available Apps" list only shows "I2C Master"

Hello, we had trouble  with Purepath 3 on MAC not showing available apps even after logging in and connecting the amp EVM. The version of OS is MACOS 10.11.6.

When installed in Windows it works but the driver keeps cutting in and out  causing the audio to switch from the amp to the local speakers so it is unusable.

Anyone know how to get the apps to show   in MAC?

    We will check with software team before updating to you.
    As to the issue reported in Windows, it is strange as it works well on both Windows 7 and Windows 10 on my side. Can you reinstall the PPC3 platform and check agagin？Note， TI EVM should be set as default.


    By the way, which country are you from. My colleague in your time zone will support you further.
