TPA6211A1: My customer is using the TPA6211A now and meet POP problem

Hi Frank,

From the attached file, I assume they're using single-ended input.
For best pop performance, it is recommended to use differential input. Any mismatch between the inputs could cause pop at the output.
To make sure this could be the source of the pop, can customer try by shorting both inputs to GND or shorting them to each other, on the left side of the input capacitors?
What are the component values that customer is using now?

We short the input to GND, and give shutdown later. also find pop noise. That's weird. Thanks.
