I have question for Thermal calculation of TAS5624A.
My understanding of formula which calculating the junction temperature is below.
Junction temperature = (ψjt + thermal resistance between case to heatwink) x Power dissipation
In this case, ψjt is 0.6℃/W and Power dissipation is based on the graph of System power Loss vs Output power (datasheet Figure.6)
Is this correct?
Moreover if you have any material for IC's thermal calculation, would you provide it?
