PCM1861: Question of VREF Connection of PCM1861

Hi Sirs,

The PCM1861 datasheet page 10 suggests to connect 1uF capacitor from VREF pin to GND, while the reference schematic shows 2.2uF from VREF to GND.
Would you please advise which one is better and why?
