DRV632 only works up to 3.6V on VDD, and VDD_AUDIO from schematic looks like 5V. This might damage the device.
The rest of the schematic looks correct and it is based on the description from the data sheet. Just change VDD to a voltage within the Recommended Operating Conditions.
