TPA3116D2: BTL for dual voice coil application

Hi Team

My customer use TPA3116D2 （BTL mode）for dual voice coil speaker, but it is high rate to break the chip of TPA3116D2. Is it suitable to drive the dual voice coil speaker or is there any way to improve this ?

What about the PVCC, Gain, Pout?

Hi Derek

Schematic as below, the Load is 4ohm. Another, when the PVDD is 22V, it is easy to breakdown the chip. The PVDD is 18V, the failed rate decrease.

What's the resistors value of the R117 and R121?

When the issue happened, what's the FAULT status? Please check if any FAULT happened.

Please try to remove the resistors R117 and R121.

I am afraid there will be OC.
