We would like double check with you the result we have in the calculation of the junction temperature of our TPA3111.
Here are our measurments:
- Package temperature (top) = 73°C
- Power dissipation = 5W (for 16Wrms output power)
Junction temperature calculated (eq 8 in our SPRA953C documentation) : 73 + 0.9 * 5 = 77.5°C
Is this result coherent for you (not too low)?
