TPA3118D2: What reason will cause no output during start up?

Hi TI experts,

If IC is good, MODSEL=GND and have signal in, what reason will cause no output during start up?

Pin2 SDZ voltage<2V during start up.

Pin6 PLIMIT design not match.

Pin7 GVDD voltage out of 6.4~7.4V.

Pin12 MUTE voltage >2V.

Pin17 AVCC voltage out of 4.5~26V.

Pin18,19,31,32 PVCC voltage out of 4.5~26V.

Is it all?

what meaning of "PLIMIT design not match", what is PLIMIT setting of your design?

Please monitor the FAULT pin when start up to check if any fault happened. And capture the FAULT pin waveform.
