TAS5731EVM: I2C connection with customer board

Hi team,

Customer use MC57xxPSIA in TAS5731EVM to write I2C to their own board, but have some issue in connection, here is the situation:

They disconnected the 5731EVM and flywired 3 wires from MC57xxPSIA to their own board, for both I2C and GND. I2C connection failed.

Power supply is normal.

If use TAS5731EVM instead of customer board, the connection is fine.

What may be the problem?

did you have captured MC57xxPSIA and TAS5731EVM I2C plot for us to take a look? better to show picture of MCA57xx and TAS5731 connection.

Hi Linda,

Sorry for delayed reply, we have solved this problem, turns out to be the wrong powering sequence.
