Thanks for your interest in our MOSFETs.

The gate resistance does not impact the Drain to Source voltage of the MOSFET.

Hi chris bull,

I need clear relation between Vds(drain to source voltage) and Rg(gate resistance) in terms of mathematical equations and graphical waveforms and suggest any documents related info.

Srinivas,

There is no relation between MOSFET gate resistance and drain to source voltage. As such there are no equations relating the two or documents showing this.
