I just got the information from our team. These are the thermal resistance values.

Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value):	52
Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value):	33.4
Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value):	21.0
Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value):	0.6
Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value):	20.9
Result-Theta JC, bottom (standard datasheet value):	7.9
