My question is"Quiescent supply current in shutdown mode."

PowerSupply 12Volt.
It will be 1mA at no load.
Please review it well.

Hi Junho,

1) please check the SD pin status. If the SD pin level is less than 0.8V.

2) Make sure the power trace from power connector to device is very short as possible., because there will be loss on power trace.
