Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PCM1803A
What is the input voltage range of the PCM1803A ? I can't find the info in the data sheet. I want to use the PCM1803A in a data logger project.
Thx

Datasheet, page 5 (Electrical characteristics, continued)
Second section (Analog input)
Vi - Input voltage = 0.6 Vcc (p-p)
So if you're supplying the chip with 5V on the Vcc, then input voltage will be 0.6 x 5V = 3V peak-to-peak, and that's 1.5V peak, which is further 1.05Vrms
Rk,
With Vcc = 5V
Since the input wave is offset by 2.5V, the top or peak of the wave will be at 2.5V + Vamplitude (1.5V) = 4V and the bottom will be 2.5V - 1.5V = 1V.
Thanks,
Brian
