TAS2559: How to place the via-in-pad for TAS2559/TAS2560

Hello,

Need add vias on the solder pad (via-in-pad) for TAS2559/2560,   the pad size is 0.245mm, what's the size for the via in the pad?   

Or, the via is among the 4 pads ?
