HI

The DUMP button cannot be clicked. 

Is it because there is no connected PPCMB device?

Can I generate header files without PPCMB? how?

    Effectively, you would require to connect a device to perform the registers dump. In addition, the headers files are generated from this registers dump option. I attached this pdf presentation for some details that could be useful for you.
