Dear,

We Just found EPAD of TPA3116D2 was above the chip. I am considering to have the EPAD on bottom. So just few questions,

 

  1. TPA3118 only  had the EPAD on bottom?

  2. TPA3116 and TPA3118 have no difference on performance but just only package and thermal performance different?

If any suggestion, Please advise me.
