The TAS2505 datasheet in section 9.4.8 describes that the LDO can generate AVDD and DVDD from an input range of 2.7 V to 5.5 V.
Therefore SPKVDD= 5.3 V will generate the same expected LDO output as 5 V.
The LDO output can be controlled using Table 2-12 in the application reference guide:

My question was about LDO_SEL line. Is it OK to connect it to SPRVDD when SPKRVDD is 5.3V?
Will it damage the device or cause it to latch up?

Hello Ziyad,
It is okay to connect LDO_SEL (pin 8) to SPKVDD = 5.3 V.
I would add a pull up resistor of 10k, as we do in our EVMS:
