tantalum bypass capacitance is written that the necessary to connect between the LM49507s supply pins and ground.
Please teach the method of not using the tantalum bypass capacitor for me.

Sorry for the late response. If you can't use tantalum capacitors for decoupling purpose, you can use X7R or at least X5R capacitors. However you must consider the DC bias derating. This spec is better in tantalum capacitors than ceramic ones.
