Although mute is added in advance to block the "poof" sound when the power amplifier is turned on, as soon as mute is released to make the power amplifier work normally, the "poof" sound will appear immediately.

    Hi,

    The power on sequence is : Mute Amplifier first, Then SDZ High, Delay >40ms then Unmute Amplifier

    If the pop noise still can not match your requirement, you can try to connect input to GND through 1uF caps.  And check if the pop noise is lower or not.
