Hello, 

Our customer is struggling to get right X,Y data from TSC2013.

They want to see TSC2013 EVM's  I2C control software as a reference design.

Could you disclose the source code or I2C register control sequence with setting value ?

    Hello Aaron,

    Thank you for your prompt support.

    I have forwarded EVM's  FW to our customer and we got their measurement result as below.

    X,Y drive waveform looks good, but still read out value is always around 0x02 5E 01 8A, this value is not changed very much.

    Do you have any suggestion for next step of debugging?

    I am a little confused by the problem now. Is the problem still an I2C issue or is it now the X and Y measurements?

    Hi Aaron,

    It is X-Y measurement value issue, I2C looks working fine now but ADC readout value is not correctly respond.

    It is always almost same value outputted.

    Do you have any advice to check out the registor setting?

    Hello Mochizuki,

    Has the touch screen been calibrated? If not, I would look into this. The following App Note provides some useful information on how to calibrate your touch screen controller. 

    Also, what is the size of the screen being used?

    Hi Aaron,

    Thank you for the document.

    Since it is confidential new product, the customer can not send out their LCD screen, we could not see actual screen size.

    They are trying to see in detail of operation step by step on TSmode3.

    Let's wait their progress.  At this moment I would like to close this thread.
