Compiler/TPA3116D2: 50*2 didn't coming

Hi sir

I have a tpa3116d2 amplifier, I think 50*2 isn't coming properly but 100 coming good. First I m use 12v and then 24v but 50*2 same in 24v but 100 perfect, what's wrong in 50*2?

Please help me.

Hello customer,

Please provide more spec about your design, like load=? ohm?

You can use input level to control output power under certain PVDD. eg. 4ohm load: sqrt(50*4*2)=20V (from Vrms^2/R=50W), which needs PVDD>=20V to achieve no clipping 2*50W@4ohm.

I would suggest to provide us with information above as well as the schematic and waveforms indicating your issue.

I m using microlab tmn1 4 settalite speaker 1*2 and maximum 500w Bass speaker and using atx PC power supply 24v.

Hi Shipu,

Did you check the input signal, Fault pin, output signal on 50W*2 case?
