Hi,
Can we put the speaker in mute mode which is connected to the output of TPA2015D1 by making END (Class-D Enable) signal low?
What would be the output power of TPA2015D1 with Gain=6dB AGC=Open, VBAT=3.3V, and at 8ohm load?
Regards,
Veera

Hi, Veera,
Yes, END can be used as a MUTE in addition to it's purpose of shutting the class-D amp down to save current.
For the power level, you should be able to find that in the d/s. I don't have access to it at the moment, but if you can't find it, please let me know.

Hi Don,
Yes, I cant find that info from the datasheet.
Could you please let us know what would be the output power of TPA2015D1 with Gain=6dB AGC=Open, VBAT=3.3V, and at 8ohm load?

Veera
Hi, Veera,
You can use Figure 9 of the data sheet, while it's plotted for 20 dB of gain, the power level will be roughly the same for 6 dB of gain if you increase the input voltage.
