TAS5805M: A necessary for RESET_CTRL at Startup Procedure?

Dear Audio Engineer,

I have one question about Startup Procedure at TAS5805M.

According to the datasheet(9.5.3.1 Sartup Procedure), there is no reset sequence after bringing up \PDN to high.

For example, when is it necessary to use RESET_CTRL with I2C?

Hi Edgard,

PDN can be regards as power on/off function while reset is configuration reset for both DSP and device.

This RESET_CTRL has been integrated in I2C commands, you will find it at the beginning of I2C initialization code if you dump it from PPC3.
