TAS5630B: Is there TAS5630B CHIP heatsink any changed????

Any change on package or other product related information will be listed out in "Revision History". There is no such statement that the package had been changed.

I contacted with my korea supplier that  They send me attached files.

Could you see the attached files???  And let me know about that???

They told me 2019 year changed surface finish process from TI original factory.

Could you check attached files???   attached files made in TI's official data file??   especially PDF file.

And also include affect  TAS5630B????

unfortunatly, Our supplier can not open detail onformation on the outbox.

Anyway, as you can see the attached file, TAS5630B large PAD on the Chip looks like  corroded is it changed from TI's Factory???

I really want to know about TAS5630B thermal PAD corroded or not, which is the original?

local dealer told me " It is orginal product from official line card"  But I want to check this item is original or recycled product.

You can not check about that?????

We don't judge if they are good units by looking at the appearance. We need the information to track the products.

Please ask your supplier to provide these information. It should be available if the products comes from proper channel.

Sorry but I'm from TI R&D office and we mainly provide technical support here. Your question is related to quality. Usually we have local customer quaility engineer to cover these support...

TAS5630B is quite a old device, now we don't have much support request on it. So there is no stock in our office. You may also take a look at TPA3255. It's our new generation device and have better performance and more cost effective.
