hi Claudio,

If you right click the installer and select "troubleshoot compatibility" and follow the prompts, does it give you any guidance?

We are able to install on windows 10 here.

I tried all the options that Windows suggested: Windows XP, 7, Vista... and the error persists...

can you try downloading the TLV302AIC3254 GUI and seeing if you are able to install that?
