Hi team,

Could you advise the ESD structure of the TLV320DAC3100 pin31 /RESET?

TLV320DAC3100-Q1 on my board was broken and it seems pin2(EN) is damaged by EOS.

1. Could you give me the simplified equivalent circuit of ESD protection block of this pin?

( I assume diodes to internal power rail and GND)

Thank you very much.

Yes. DRV2511-Q1 EN pin and MCU GPIO is connected to this pin and DRV2511-Q1 EN is damaged.

There might be transient GND potential difference for short period of time and I suspect that might trigger the ESD protection diode to conduct.
