TAS5624A: Can We Change The Output Polarity of the TAS5624A

Hi Sirs,

As title, the reference design of the TAS5624A specifies the OUT_A as PWM_L(+), OUT_B as PWM_L(-), OUT_C as PWM_R(+) and OUT_D as PWM_R(-) in BTL mode.

Would you please advise if we can swap the polarity of the output to assign OUT_A to PWM_L(-) or OUT_C as (PWM_R-) in BTL mode?

Hi Wayne,

This would be ok to do. They are differential signals so the "polarity" is only in respect to each other. OUT_C can just as easily be seen as the inverse of OUT_D as OUT_D is the inverse of OUT_B.
